Meditation as laying the whole body on the beach under the shade of a big tree.
Just feeling one's breathing in comfortable space, that's enough as a way of meditation.

Just feeling one's breathing in ocean's silent space, that's enough as a way of mediation.
Our class is flexible plan. I ask always what the member wants to do.
Today, it was Yin Yoga.
Letting one's energy goes to where it wants to go naturally.
Physical, Mind, Emotion and Spirit, just letting whole body be there naturally.
No matter what we see.
No judge what we feel.
Just letting it goes.
I always focus to the space where I can feel comfortable breathing.
Meditation on Yin Yoga, that's what I love as well.
