My whole body relaxes.
I play with the harmony in movements and breathing.
Under the sun & clear blue sky while seeing the coconut trees,
Feeling joy and freedom on one's whole body.
Under the moon & beautiful stars while seeing the fireflies,
Feeling love and peace on one's whole body.
It's different way from SUP, but the both gives nice spaces to connect with one's natural energy.
