Much Thanks to the local workers who are cleaning the beach before sunrise.
We can see the beautiful energies in sunrise yoga.

Bali Sweets
Temptations before Beach Yoga class
...Coconut desserts, Banana's, Tameric rice etc...
It's Happy we can have any foods whenever we feel hungry.
I like the traditional bali sweets which are sold on the beach(•ө•)♡

What is your happy food?
I like to drink the coconuts flesh juice after Beach Yoga.
Today we found a new warung(local small restaurant) on the beach.
A student tried it, then her energy shone ＆sparkled with the biggest smile by much happy light.
Everyone around her were surrounded by much laughter & big smiles, as we were influenced by her lighten vibration. It seemed the best happy food for her.
We should try the steak in next time, maybe(^_-)-☆
Tuna Steak(200g) & Squid BBQ(100g) & Kangkung Vegetable & Rice
The price was only Rp40,000(about US$3)...Wow, Cheap but Nice!

Driving 30min from Sanur...
Adventure, then Purify by the energy around waterfalls and Hollywater beside the waterfall (^_-)-☆
